RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Standard Size Sets

  • Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we only accept returns for Standard Size Sets that are brand new, unworn, and in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Return Window: You must contact us and initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Custom Size Orders (Non-Returnable)

  • Final Sale: Because Custom Size sets are hand-painted uniquely to your specific measurements, these orders are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

  • Sizing Responsibility: ModMani is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. We highly recommend purchasing our Sizing Kit before placing a custom order to ensure a perfect fit.

  • Agreement: By paying your Custom Order invoice, you acknowledge that you have verified your sizes and agree to these terms.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us at info@modmani.com.au immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong design or size (different from what you ordered).

  • We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or store credit as required by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Sizing Kits (due to shipping and material costs).

  • Adhesives & Accessories (Glue, Jelly Tabs, etc.) if the safety seal is broken.

  • Sale/Promotional Items.
